I hired Judy to help me get my front hall closet organized. My family referred to the closet as "Jaws" because it had devoured everything under the sea (sporting equipment, wrapping supplies, shoes, boots, dry cleaning, paid bills, coats, items to be donated, etc.....)

Judy was a miracle worker! When she was done, the closet contents had been reduced by one-half, and everything had a proper home. She came with storage bins and labeled everything - making it easy for me to locate my things.

And she left the place spotless, carting away everything that needed to go.

Many thanks to Judy for helping me to de-clutter and giving me a new system to stay clutter-free!

I couldn't have done it without her!!

Judy helped me tackle my entire kitchen (including all food items) and my mudroom.  I love the results!

It’s like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

Judy is supportive, compassionate, efficient & motivating.  She has a great eye on how to re-organize cupboards, shelves & closets.  I will definitely hire her again to help with my bathrooms, linen closets and basement.

We had the great pleasure of working with Judy Penders last year.  Judy was instrumental in organizing the personal property in the estate of a dear friend who had passed away.

Judy is an absolute delight.  Caring, creative, energetic and professional, she not only organized personal items room by room, she also sorted, categorized and packed up many fine antiques throughout the house.

Judy demonstrated extraordinary competence in her ease of file organization and also prepared bank checks in preparation for the estate executor.

Judy is exceedingly dependable, hardworking and jovial.  We heartily recommend her for any job she chooses to tackle.

I feel so lucky to have found Judy.   I needed to insulate an unfinished part of my walk-up attic, which was filled to the brim with years of business files, office supplies, old tax returns, off season clothing, old photos and items.

Judy was warm and friendly, listened to what I was looking for.  I didn’t know how I was going to feel with someone going through my things with me. Despite my just wanting to move things into the basement, I did get rid of things, and I definitely saw the plusses of organizing what I had into categories, and bins, which were then labeled.  I had wanted to clean out that space for years, and it felt great to finally tackle it.  Judy kept me on task, had ideas about how to best go about this, and we cleaned as we went, so there was never a mess or something left unfinished when we were done for the day.  I had tasks to do between our appointments and we accomplished so much.  I never could have done it myself.

I cannot say enough good things about Judy Penders.  She is a hard worker, professional, non-judgmental, timely, and fun to work with!  Judy has the “organized” gene and I highly recommend her!

I can’t thank you enough for all that you have done.  You have transformed our home both physically and mentally in a matter of days.   I have learned so much in the process from you!  I can’t say I’ll ever achieve walking into a basement and saying, “oh this looks fun!” but I’m taking much better steps in the right direction all because of you.  You truly have a gift!

Thank you very much for all of your hard work!  I will always recommend staging as a major player to sell!  I have realized a few things in this process.  The one fact is that if the sellers really listen to you, and do everything that you have suggested, their house is sold even before an open house is scheduled.

Working with you and seeing you in action is critical!  You have such a wonderful way with the sellers and never become overbearing.  I appreciate that and so do my sellers.   There have been a few delicate situations regarding their animals, and you handled it so smoothly!  After 30 years in this business, I thought I had seen it all!  Working with you has been a pleasure.
